 Getting started

A travel itinerary should be all about what you and your group want to get out of this particular travel experience – our aim is to support you and help with all stages of the organisation and execution of your tour. The final product will be governed by many different factors – travel dates, choice of destination, group size, variety and level of activities, physical mobility and budget.To help you to work through some important tour questions please go to our enquiry form.We advise most groups to start their travel planning  10-18 months before their tour is due to begin. This gives you enough time to:

-           plan your itinerary and travel dates,

-           apply for group grants & permissions,

-           give group members an opportunity to start saving money and collecting necessary approvals and fundraising.
